Frequently asked questions
- How is GeekOut priced?
- Per event, by the number of attendee records, or with a yearly subscription covering several events. Add-ons such as white-label, kiosks or API access are optional. Ticket sales carry a small platform fee you can absorb or pass to buyers.
- Where does ticket money go?
- Straight to your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect). GeekOut never holds your ticket revenue.
- Can attendees register on our own domain?
- Yes. Every event gets a fast page on geekoutedu.com, and the white-label add-on moves registration, checkout and the event website to your own domain with automatic HTTPS.
- Do you send conversions to Meta and Google?
- Yes — server-side, deduplicated with the browser pixel, only for paid orders confirmed by Stripe, and only with the consent your visitors gave.
- Is there a free plan?
- Free and small events can start on the free plan. You only pay when you need a bigger attendee band or premium features.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Yes. Choose “Request invoice” at checkout to receive an invoice with 30-day terms, payable by bank transfer or card.
- What happens if we go over our attendee limit?
- Paid registrations are never blocked. Extra attendees from checkout are recorded as overage, and you can raise the limit at any time.
